1. Shipping Area
We currently only ship within the Netherlands. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Method and Delivery
We use reliable domestic carriers such as :
PostNL : Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with shipping details once your order has been shipped. Tracking may be provided depending on the chosen service.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer straightforward and affordable shipping rates for all orders within the Netherlands:
• PostNL: Flat shipping charges -
- Orders below €14,99 : Flat shipping charges of €5,95
- Orders between €14,99 and €34,99 : Flat shipping charges of €2,95
- Orders above €35 : Free shipping
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
5. No Returns or Refunds
As stated in our No Return and No Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with used item condition. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If you receive an item that is damaged beyond what was described in the product listing, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial resolution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all address details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
