At Second Chapter, selling your pre-loved items is simple, transparent, and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:

1. Submit Item Details

Start by emailing us at info@secondchapter.nl with clear photos of the items you’d like to sell. For each item, please include:

• Brand
• Condition
• Age of the item
• Original retail price (MRP)
• Your expected selling price
• Any other relevant details (e.g., signs of wear, special features)

2. Review & Offer

Our team will review your submission and respond as soon as possible with a price offer or any follow-up questions.

3. Shipping or Pickup

Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through the next steps:

Shipping: We’ll provide instructions for packaging and shipping. We cover the shipping cost (up to 2kg).

Pickup: If you're located nearby, we may be able to arrange a free pickup.

4. Final Inspection & Payment

After we receive and inspect your items to confirm they match the description, we’ll process your payment via bank transfer as soon as possible.
